In a restaurant, plumbing isn't just pipes. It's how you meet sanitation rules. Hand sinks need hot water, the 3-compartment sink needs hot wash water, and every drain has to keep up with a full dinner service.
What we handle

Floor drains, floor sinks, dish machine and sink drains, grease-laden lines.
Sinks & faucets
Hand sinks, 3-compartment and prep sinks, pre-rinse sprayers, faucets and valves.
Grease lines

Restrooms
Toilets, urinals, flush valves and lavatories in the front of the house.
Warning signs

- Pre-rinse sprayer leaking or losing pressure
Flat-rate, approved first. We diagnose, tell you what failed and what it costs to fix, and start only after you approve the price. No surprise add-ons on the invoice.
Grease trap pumping is done by licensed haulers. We keep the lines to the trap flowing and tell you when the trap is the problem.
Common questions
Why do restaurant floor drains keep backing up?
Grease and food solids build up in the lines, especially where the dish machine and sinks drain. Regular line cleaning, strainers, and keeping grease out of the drains prevents most backups.
Do you pump grease traps?
Trap pumping is done by licensed grease haulers. We clear and repair the lines leading to the trap and will tell you if the trap is full or failing.
Can plumbing be part of the Kitchen Care Plan?
Yes. Drain checks, sink and faucet inspections and water temperature checks are part of the plan visits.
