Call (757) 495-7782 first. A phone call is the fastest way to reach us in an emergency, faster than any form.
What to do while you wait
Walk-in warming up
Keep the door shut. Check the breaker and the thermostat setting. If it's over 41°F, start moving the most sensitive product to other cold storage and note the time.
No hot water
Check whether the water heater's gas or power is on and whether a breaker or reset button tripped. Don't run the dish machine on a low-temperature rinse.
Backed-up drain
Stop running water to that line, including the dish machine and sinks that feed it. Keep people clear of standing water.
Gas smell
Shut off the equipment and gas if it's safe to do so, get everyone out, and call the gas utility or 911 from outside. Call us once it's safe.
