Well water and rural properties. Out toward Hickory and Deep Creek, some homes use well water, which is hard on water heaters. Flushing the tank yearly and checking the anode rod adds years.
Restaurant corridors. Greenbrier Parkway, Battlefield Boulevard and the Western Branch area have dozens of independent restaurants in strip centers, where one contractor for the rooftop units and the kitchen equipment saves the owner time.
